Eric, a coach and former player, is currently the head football coach at Olivet Nazarene University, a position he has held since 2016.

Early in his coaching career, Eric made it his professional mission to help athletes close the gap between their potential and their performance. In the years since, that mission has expanded to helping coaches, businesses and families close the same gap. Most people would agree we are all wired with unique skills and perspectives, having potential to make a great impact on those around us.
