He holds an M.Ed. in Educational Leadership and received his Doctorate in Education, and he is also the host of his podcast, Michael in the Middle. His research explores the link between generosity, life satisfaction, and organizational commitment. His commitment to positive change is evident in his strategic projects and collaborative approach. From a B.S. in Communication and Human Relations to leadership roles, his educational journey reflects a lifelong dedication to learning and impact.
