Marci is currently the CEO of Deer Ridge Barn and Majestic Weddings & Event; Managing Member of the MACK-D LLC (the Majestic Building), Managing Director for Kenmar Holding, LLC and a Managing Partner with BLVD 7, Franklin Four and Michigan Ave Properties. 

Marci recently left a successful corporate career in Supply Chain focused on Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Strategy to pursue her passion for real estate investing. Marci has been personally involved in over $10 Billion in M&A transactions to date during her corporate career.

As a real estate investor she has been involved personally with $25 million + in transactions. This has led to investments in several re-developed properties, ownership in multiple rentals as well as commercial spaces. Marci has been very active as a Board Member on several Boards. She has most recently been voted onto the board for the United Way of Kankakee and Iroquois Counties. She served as an advisory board member for Birch Biomed, an Ant-Scarring and Auto-Immune Therapeutics Company and Her Next Play, focused on developing the next generation of women leaders and a member of the United Way in Hastings, MN. As a former Division I Athlete her success has made her a highly effective, results driven leader with a proven track record of facilitating business to business relationships in multiple companies. She is also a strategic change agent with advanced problem solving and communication skills with a reputable track record to engage in complex business segments and multiple technical and non-technical fields.
